Devin has been in the marketing industry for over a decade and serving in the diversity space since 2016. She and currently leads the Global Communications and DE&I practices for RAPP Worldwide where she works to elevate the RAPP Worldwide brand, both externally and within Omnicom, and harnesses her passion for DE&I to craft and execute initiatives across recruiting, engagement and retention that aim to make RAPP an industry-leading diverse, inclusive and equitable agency. In addition to her role at RAPP, Devin serves as the Global Chairperson of Omnicom's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, OPEN Pride, and on Omnicom's OPEN Leadership team.
