Aisha Mills is an experienced political strategist, social impact advisor and author who, for close to 20 years, has worked to ensure that our democracy is reflective of, responsive to, and led by diverse communities. Mills is currently a host on BNC.

Mills has contributed to CNN as a political analyst and has authored dozens of policy reports and political and cultural analyses. As the first African American woman to helm a national LGBTQ organization as president and CEO, Mills led the Victory Fund and Institute through recruiting, training and helping to elect hundreds of LGBTQ+ leaders to office—ranging from state and local office to Congress. She is currently a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics.

Mills earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
